Based on the company’s EC750E general-purpose excavator, the new EC750E HR has been reengineered for high-reach deconstruction work in the Stage IV/Tier 4 Final-regulated markets of Europe and North America.

Vögele re-categorises range

Wirtgen group company Joseph Vögele is restructuring its range of road pavers and screeds, dividing its range into two categories – the Premium Line and the Classic Line.

From now on, pavers will be allocated to the new Classic Line or Premium Line

The company will also be subdividing its products into up to five classes within those lines.

Palfinger launches crawler cranes

Hydraulic loader crane manufacturer Palfinger has launched its first cranes mounted on a crawler chassis.

The Palfinger Crawler Crane PCC will make its debut at the IAA Commercial Vehicles exhibition in September in Hannover, Germany. Three models, between 50 and 150 tonne-metres, will be available initially. The idea is for the crane to be able to work on sites with difficult terrain without the truck having to struggle or reach its limitations.

It is a modular “system” type concept where the three modules; crawler, crane and counterweight, can be individually combined and operated.
