Hitachi accelerates rental programme

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV is to accelerate the growth of its dealer rental initiative in Europe after a successful first year in which 375 machines have entered dealer fleets.

Boels makes €24m JCB investment

Boels Rental has secured a major deal to buy more than 340 JCB machines, including load-alls and excavators, worth up to €24 million.

Hitachi launches dealer rental initiative in Europe

Hitachi has launched a rental initiative in Europe that will see its dealers offer mid-sized machines for medium and long term rentals. Hitachi will own the machines, with dealers paying a monthly fee to the manufacturer.
